Mary Ella and I took our first trip to the Pumpkin Patch with her Preschool class last week. They all had a blast.

As for Bryce, he is everywhere! i promise I will post pics of him soon.

1st day of Preschool

Last Friday was Mary Ella's first day to Tutored Tots and she loved it. Adam took her, she went straight in and started playing with the others and never checked up. When he went in to pick her up, she was making a necklace. A little boy was pulling on her dress and her beads. Adam said she was getting pretty frustrated so the assistant went over and got him away.

On Monday she was the leader, got to hold the flag for the pledge, pick the song they sang, etc. She was fired up about all that.

Now she finally goes to bed at her bedtime because she knows she's getting up for school the next morning! We were shocked at how well she has done being she has never been left at a daycare or anything. Good feeling to know she likes it that much. :)

Bryce, on the other hand, is STILL not crawling, but he can put a basket on his head after emptying all of the toys out!!! (Picture above) He has 2 bottom teeth and the 2 top ones are coming through too!

It feels so good to come home to him in the afternoons and he starts jumping, bouncing, and screaming until I pick him up. He is so happy and sweet. Then Mary Ella has strories from school that she can never remember anyone's name to tell me who did what!!!

Beach Trip 2008

Bryce - 7 1/2 months

Mary Ella's age is awesome for the beach, but Bryce's is a little more difficult. (swim diapers, bottles, pacifiers, eating sand, etc....)

He did really well though. He would sit under the tent in a baby pool for an hour or more without fussing. He also took a couple of naps on the beach too. Which was nice, but for the most part Adam or I one spent our time in the condo b/c he was eating or sleeping.

Fun... but glad to be back home. (even though I start school so soon) :(
